Special Quarterly Deliveries

Every 3 months (March, June, September, December), your box will include an extra-special plush Story Buddy along with your regular books and activities. These boxes are slightly larger and may take an additional day for delivery.

When will my first box ship?

Your first box will ship within 5-7 business days after you complete your subscription. This gives us time to personalize your selection based on your child's profile.

When do monthly boxes arrive?

After your first box, all future boxes ship around the 15th of each month and typically arrive within 2-3 business days.

Do you provide tracking information?

Yes! You'll receive an email with tracking information as soon as your box ships. You can track your package through USPS.

What if I need to change my address?

You can update your shipping address anytime in your account dashboard. Just make sure to update it before the 5th of the month to ensure your next box ships to the correct address.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we only ship within the United States. We're working on expanding internationally and will announce updates on our website.

Is shipping free?

Yes! All subscription plans include free shipping. There are no additional shipping charges or hidden fees.
